Forms of Payment

Every client who hires Attorney Elizabeth Gaba receives an Attorney-Client Fee Agreement Contract. The contract tells the client how much they will be required to pay Attorney Gaba.

Payment can be made in any of several ways:

  1. Cash. NEVER send cash through the mail.
  2. Credit Card. Attorney Gaba accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express
  3. Paying by credit card in Attorney Gaba’s office will take about 100 seconds. A client may telephone in his credit card information. The information needed if a payment is made over the telephone is:
    (a) the sixteen-digit credit card number,
    (b) the expiration date on the card (month and year),
    (c) the exact name on the credit card,
    (d) the home address where the credit card company sends its monthly statements. This should include the street number, street name, city, state and zip code.

  4. Debit Card. A debit card works like a credit card but is associated with a bank checking account. Paying by debit card in Attorney Gaba’s office also takes no more than a minute or two. A client may also telephone in his debit card information. The information needed if a payment is made over the telephone is: (a) the sixteen digit debit card number and (b) the expiration date on the card (month and year).
  5. Check. The checking account must be in a bank located in the United States.
  6. Money Order. Money orders are usually limited to a maximum of $500.00. If Attorney Gaba’s fee is over $500.00, more than one money order will be required.
  7. Cashier’s Check and Bank Check. Cashier’s check and Bank Checks have no upper limit. They are purchased directly from a bank.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE GABA LAW OFFICE WRITES RECEIPTS 100% OF THE TIME. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT.
